Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome at every branch during opening hours, and at Banilad any time. Booking ahead shortens the wait for regular visits.
What counts as an emergency?
Trouble breathing, a fall or accident, poisoning, seizures, heavy bleeding, or a swollen belly with retching. Come in now and call on the way.
Can I go to a different branch next time?
Yes. All four branches share one record, so the vet sees your pet's full history.
Do you treat exotic pets?
Yes: birds, reptiles, turtles and tortoises, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs.
How do I pay?
Cash, card, GCash or Maya. Confinement may need a deposit.
Can I see my pet's lab results and x-rays?
Yes. Once the vet releases them, they appear in the CADH app.
How much does a check-up cost?
Prices are shown before you book, and you approve an estimate before any treatment.
How do you protect my data?
We follow the Data Privacy Act. Only staff who treat your pet can see your records, and you can ask our Data Protection Officer for a copy or a correction at any time.
